Where do you want to work?

We are a remote-first hybrid agency. We offer full flexibility to either work from home, or to work from our office in London (Covent Garden), or our hub in Manchester..Some of our talented team have also taken their work on-the-go across the globe, even to a beach in Bermuda (seriously!)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, pro rata

A little bit about you:

  • 2 Years experience managing and executing digital campaigns, with proven experience with LinkedIn paid ads
  • Experience managing multiple digital channels to achieve agreed paid media objectives
  • You will be able to report on how the campaign is performing with insight and recommendations, and be able to optimise the campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness for our clients

A typical day to day:

  • Lead the execution of paid media campaigns for our clients, delivering highly effective B2B paid media campaigns across LinkedIn
  • Be confident discussing the digital strategy with clients, including initial approach, individual tactics and ongoing reporting once live
  • Work alongside the Strategy team to define the overall paid media strategy, as well as independently leading the individual channel strategies for paid social and PPC
  • You will be responsible for leading the management of ongoing digital campaigns to ensure optimal delivery, effectiveness and budget spend levels
  • Maximise the effectiveness of the paid campaigns by recommending tests, summarising learnings and providing recommendations
  • You’ll be able to identify and suggest improvements for increased traffic, engagement and conversion
  • Produce and present regular client-friendly campaign reports detailing performance against defined objectives and budgets
  • The ability to execute paid campaigns in other channels such as Google (display and search) is an added bonus but not essential to the role

The ideal candidate will be a highly detail-orientated person with excellent organisation skills! You’ll be calm under pressure and comfortable working with checklists, processes and guidelines. In this role you will be working alongside a talented team of graphic designers and project managers, ensuring all work meets the brand requirements, timelines and deadlines.

We are a hybrid working B2B Marketing Agency. We offer flexibility to work from home or within our office based in London, Covent Garden. Some of our talented team have also taken their work on-the-go across the globe, even to a beach in Bermuda (seriously!)

A little bit about you:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in artworking and production
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • Proven experience in print and digital asset creation
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional and team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and calmness under pressure
  • Degree in Design or equivalent field is ideal
  • Masters Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe XD.

A typical day to day:

  • Work closely with and support the wider creative team to follow designs and artwork from their conception to final sign-off
  • Correct and format decks before they're sent to client or used in presentations
  • Manage and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholders
  • Carry out proof checking prior to artwork leaving the department
  • Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats
  • Produce artwork for client campaigns including deliverables for print, social media channels and electronic media
  • Work alongside project managers to action amends briefs
  • Thrive off the pace and attention to detail needed to deliver assets to a high standard
  • Take ownership of projects and ensure all deliverables are produced on time and inline with guidelines
  • Be a proactive team member, communicating clearly with internal stakeholders throughout your allocated time on projects
  • Maintain consistency by adhering to brand guidelines
